These terms apply to arminful.com and to Arminful SEO, the site owner’s private SEO app.
The site
This website is the official online home for Arminful. Content is provided for information, listening, and booking inquiries.
Use
Do not misuse the contact or booking forms, attempt to disrupt the service, or scrape the site in a way that harms availability. Music and images remain the property of their respective owners.
Bookings
Sending an inquiry does not confirm a booking. A date is booked only when Arminful replies to confirm it. Dates, fees, and technical details are agreed separately.
Music, images and the Arminful name
The music, recordings, artwork, photos, videos, logo and text on this site belong to Arminful or to the artists, photographers and labels who made them. Remixes credit the original work. You are welcome to share links and the official uploads, but do not re-upload, sell, or use the music, images or the Arminful name in your own releases or promotion without written permission.
Links to other services
Links to Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms open services with their own terms and privacy rules. Arminful does not control those services and is not responsible for their content.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as it is. Pages and features may change or be removed, and the site may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. Information about services is a general description; what is agreed for a booking is what counts.
Liability
To the extent Norwegian law allows, Arminful is not liable for losses caused by using this site or by relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are settled by the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue unless the law gives you the right to another.
Changes to these terms
These terms can be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Questions about them can be sent through the contact page.
