ARMINFUL — DIV Persian soul, rebuilt through Dubstep. DIV is my own fusion of Persian musical roots and modern Dubstep combining Persian inspired melodies, traditional textures, heavy bass and powerful drops. Artist: ARMINFUL They said Persian Dubstep doesn't exist. So I made DIV.
Original productions and remixes, published here with official streaming links as they go live.

Armin Esmaili has a Persian background and started performing as Arminful in Oslo in 2018. He works in Persian, Norwegian, and English, so he can talk through a set list with both families at a mixed wedding and read a room where guests know different songs.
His productions put Persian melodies into club formats. The best known is DIV, an original Persian dubstep track released on 10 September 2026; most other releases are baile and electronic remixes. Each one is listed below with its publication date.

Arminful is the stage name of Armin Esmaili, a DJ and producer based in Oslo, Norway. He started DJing in 2018 and published his first release, a remix of Dokhtar koli, in March 2025. His sets and productions centre on Persian music in electronic club formats.
The core is Persian electronic music and Persian remixes. Around that, sets draw on dubstep, baile funk, Latin, Brazilian party music, dancehall, and techno, chosen for the room rather than a fixed genre. His own Persian dubstep original, DIV, came out on 10 September 2026.
Send the form at arminful.com/booking with the venue, start time, and end time. The date must be at least 10 days away and the set at least one hour long. A pending request turns the date yellow; you only get an email if the date is accepted.
Price depends on the number of guests: NOK 1,500 for up to 50, NOK 3,000 for 50 to 200, and NOK 5,000 or more for over 200. The same prices apply to weddings, private parties, company events, and club nights, and every booking is at least one hour.
The minimum is one hour and there is no maximum, so overnight sets are possible. Club slots tend to be shorter, while weddings and company parties usually run from dinner until the end of the night. The agreed length is written into the booking request.
Yes. Oslo is the base, and dates elsewhere in Norway or abroad are accepted when the request names the city and venue. The same 10-day minimum notice applies to every location, and travel time is accounted for in the quote.
Yes, including mixed weddings. At Persian receptions the 6/8 dance rhythm usually comes early so older guests fill the floor, with remixes and international tracks later in the night. The booking form has room for must play songs and anything the couple wants left out.
That depends on the couple, but a Persian wedding DJ should know the Persian repertoire, keep older and younger guests dancing, and move between 6/8 classics and international music. Arminful has played weddings in Oslo since 2018, speaks Persian, Norwegian, and English, and charges from NOK 1,500.
Electronic music built from Persian material: melodies from the dastgah system, which has 7 main dastgahs codified in the 19th century, Persian vocals and poetry, instruments such as the santur, tar, and daf, and the 6/8 rhythm of Persian celebrations. The guide on this site lists its sources.
Dubstep started in South London in the early 2000s and usually runs at 138 to 142 BPM, with heavy sub bass and a half time drum feel. Persian dubstep keeps that frame and places Persian melody, vocals, or instruments on top. DIV, released 10 September 2026, is one example.
